RAM Elements Error "Invalid Pointer Operation"

The  "Invalid Pointer Operation" error was met on older RAM Elements v13.00.00.22 and versions and was resolved since then.
I would recommend upgrading to the latest RAM Elements (version 13.00.03.45) which is available at http://appsnet.bentley.com/myselectcd/
