RAM Concept Load History Deflections - Eci

Hi there,

When RAM Concept runs load history slab deflection calculation, does it use the initial elastic modulus Eci for initial stages or does it always use E?

For example if I have a load history as the following. Does Concept use Eci for the first 4 steps whose duration is 0?
