ZERO TENSION POINT SPRING

hello,

I am having a foundation supported by piles. The piles are not allowed to go under tension. I am using point spring to model the piles. But even I set the load combinations as zero tension, still I get tension in the point springs. any comment or help how to model zero tension capacity piles in RAM Concept?
