The message "SLAVE DATA ENTERED TWICE. SECOND GROUP USED" does not affect the analysis. The analysis does not get terminated on account of that.
That means, there must be some other reason the analysis did not get completed. Check whether there are any other messages in the output file, such as, insufficient memory, or insufficient disk space.
It looks like you are using SURFACES to model shear walls. Since the program converts them internally to plate elements, perhaps too many elements are being generated from them. Try adding the command SET DIVISION 2 just before JOINT COORDINATES to reduce the number of elements generated. Then, check whether the analysis can now be performed.
