Staad.pro SS5, User Table Wide Flange - is centroid calculated correctly?

I am doing analysis for an existing structure which has some wide flange/column sections fabricated from plates, which I have created a user table for.

I notice when viewing the 3D rendering, or full sections view, the members created using these sections are offset compared to built in members that share a node.

It is as if the centroid of the section has been determined at 1/4 or 1/3 of the section height instead of 1/2 (all sections are symmetric so NA should be at half height).

I created these from the create user table dialogue, but here is the user table section from my input file in case anyone can see a mistake?:

I have initially only defined one flange since they are both the same, as you can see for the first member I explicitly defined the other flange in case this was causing the section to be computed wrongly but this does not seem to have made any difference. I did not use the composite flange or cover plate sections of the dialogue.

Any ideas?
