There is no 449 member in the model, can you please specify the correct member number?
Also, 2 members having the same joint co-ordinate will result in duplicate member in the structure. You have used the double angle back to back option( long legs), and this seems to be correct. What exactly are you looking for?
Regarding the 2nd query,
What kind of force will the support restrain? Depending on this, you may assign the support with the FIXED BUT option and assign the specific spring stiffness value. This will ensure that the specified support has a spring in the direction you have specified.
