I remember working on a project around the year 1998/1999 for which Intergraph PDS was being used. The structural part was being modeled using Frameworks plus and if my memory is serving me right, Frameworks plus used to generate a .std file which we analyzed using STAAD.Pro. To the best of my knowledge, changes made to sections in STAAD.Pro could be read back into Frameworks Plus as well. So I am just thinking that Frameworks plus may have the ability to read a native STAAD.pro model directly but I am not 100% certain. Can you please check with the Frameworks Plus support team on this ?
Sye:Yes, there are many things that can be done between Frameworks and Staad, but only when you manage only with steel structures.
My problem is that I need to model Concrete Sections along with Steel Sections in Microstation (Intergraph).
Steel structures are not a problem for me, at all.
