Secondary beams not showing correct BM

I have a relatively complex arrangement of primary and secondary steel beams. For modeling beams, I have used the design parameters DJ1 and DJ2 specifying the start and end nodes for beams, and used moment releases on all beam ends. All except two beams show correct BM diagram, I cannot figure out, why these two beams (marked as AB and CD) show discontinuous diagrams. 

I am attaching the STAAD file for perusal. Kindly also inform me of other mistakes in my model.
