STAAD calculation vs hand calculation difference LRFD

Hello,

I am comparing results, STAAD vs hand calculation.

A pipe support, 700cm high, loaded with 2500kg earthquake load.

Please find attached pdf with hand calc. and staad file below.

In STAAD the utilization ratio is 0.862 while in hand calc. is 1.13.

Please help me to understand where is the error.
