Incorrect Load Case selected in Staad 20.07.08.20

Dear All

We had designed a Frame using Staad 20.07.08.20 and the frame passed.

However when we forwarded this design to client he said all members are failing in version 20.07.09.21. So we upgraded to the new version and rechecked and found the failure to be drastic..

Please check whats the problem and how to resolve.

Attached is the staad file and the outputs from both versions.
