Runtime eror program: c:\ProV8i ss6\STAAD\Staadpro.exe abnormal program termination

Hi all,

Present I'm using STAAD.Pro SS6 20.07.11.45. But when i import file (*dxf) form snapnode\beam -> import.

Then the software appear notify as bellow.

Please help me resolve this problem
