Column Weak Axis Bending

For my moment frame columns, weak axis moment is being applied to them correctly in the gravity column module, but not in the frame module... Can anyone provide some insight as to why this would happen? The file is too large to attach unfortunately. I realize these are two different load combinations, but some weak axis bending should be being introduced to the column. See snips below for the same column, one output is gravity only, the other is from frame.
