I went through below Wiki link of an example of long-term deflection based on ACI 318. However, I'm not sure if I have understood it correctly. Please kindly advise.
In the end of this example, with respect to how to plot long-term deflection per ACI 318 requirements, it states "At the end of the process, the plotted deflections would represent the load history deflections at the end of the “Sustained + Immediate Live Load” stepless the deflections at the end of the “Nonstructural Element Attachment Step.” These deflections would represent the sustained plus immediate live load deflections."
Based on the Load History setup shown, it is my understanding that the "immediate live load" is double counted when calculate if following this approach.
