Yes, this is a known issue and it is listed in the SproKnownIssues.htm file (#19) which is located here: C:\SProV8iSS\ReadMe\HTML\STAAD.Pro\SproKnownIssues.htm. This issue should be fixed in the future versions of STAAD.Pro.
