Frequencies types

Please could anyone advise regarding followings:

1. Difference between Rayleigh and Modal frequencies and which dynamic analysis they should be used with?

2. How to model damping effects within dynamic analyses within Staad?

3. How to model mass loading within Staad e.g. an external lumped mass loading to a node for static analyes?
