Yes, thank you. I see it now and agree the flexural yielding demand should be calculated as Mu + (1/2)*P*(d - tf).
I'm wondering if since this is the flush condition (i.e. no bolts outside) perhaps the shear yielding demand should not be half the flange force, but rather the full flange force. The basis from the DG-4 equation is on bolts outside the flanges, but there are none here.
