Plate creating problem using in-fill option

Hi,

Please see attached model where I created a meshed model using beam members then used in-fill plate option to create FE plates. I selected all beams and then used this option but for some reasion Staad creates plates partially. Please could someone advise how to get around this problem. Same problem I have been having with circular shapes. Please advise.
