On the Design Status: Status Plan, I can see some sections are failed with precompression (please see the attached 1). But I can not see anything in the Final Check for Rule Set "Strength Design" (please see the attached 2). The RAM Concept model has been posted. Any ideas would be helpful!
The idea is to emulate the seismic force generated by the mass of a diaphragm.
Surface loads or pressures on Areas are typically normal to the surface. Is there a way to assign the surface loads or pressures in the plane of said Areas? Or do I need to use shells for that purpose?
Problem is there is no Assign Wind Pressures function for Shells when it comes to check for Wind and I am not sure if it's possible to create an area over a shell.

Please help, why when i modify in graphical view (GUI) such stretching a beam, the unit in my design parameter in the staad input changes such as meter change to millimeter.
It so tiersome to modify again the units of many LY, LZ, UNT for just minor update in GUI (graphical view.
Is there a remedy for these problem?

I found this statement "Envelope points that fall directly under a column or a pedestal are not designed." in another forum in here and it was made by a moderator, I believe. I cannot find any other information as to WHY it will not design the reinforcement under a pedestal. I am designing a mat foundation with pedestals and piles underneath.

I'm working on a new model. I was going through the process of cleaning the structure, using the Data Check function to find unsupported elements. When I went back to the modeler after one of the iterations I was unable to see any structure in any of the plans assigned to a level. In the first screenshot you can see something in the bottom left corner that looks like the gridlines but I'm not able to zoom in.
I can see the structure when I look at the 3D view, except for the walls. All the lateral walls seem to have disappeared which makes me think the problem is related to the walls but I have no idea what went wrong.
Lastly, when I click on the Data Check I see an error related to polygon intersection. I reviewed the page related to this type of error but I didn't find the answer to how to fix this since I'm not able to see the structure in the Modeler.

Upon trying to save my 3D model in RAM Elements, I get the following error message: "[Error] The model was not saved due to one unexpected exception. Please contact technical support. ([FireDAC][Phys][SQLite] ERROR: unable to open database file)". I cannot save my file. Does anybody know what the problem may be?

Can someone please provide any information on how RAM calculates the Strip-based long term deflections based on AS3600? I find bits and pieces mentioned in the manual, but I want more information on how these deflections are calculated and what is assumed etc.
I have all the information on Load History Deflections, but can't find much on Strip-based long term deflections.

I would like to know how to create a proper modelling for basement part, where we have columns and retaining walls as shown on the attached picture below
The correct modelling will be to model the plates from the center of one column to another which is 4170mm from the drawing or it is from the face of one column to another which is 3940mm?
If i design Concrete plates in Staad pro C.E using BS 8007,does the software check for shear directly or i have to do it manually?
